- Tell us what you are looking for Once you are in, a short onboarding questionnaire walks you through the things that actually matter for matching you to the right jobs. Your career goals, the locations you are open to, your work authorization status, your compensation expectations, and the types of roles you want to be considered for. The whole thing saves automatically as you go, so if you need to step away and come back later, you will not lose any progress.
- Your profile gets built for you Everything you share during onboarding feeds directly into a structured candidate profile. This profile drives your job matching and gives the AI the context it needs to make your resume suggestions genuinely useful. You fill it in once and the platform works from it continuously.
- Your dashboard does the heavy lifting Your dashboard is where everything happens.
